How can I make a booking online?
Head to our ‘Book’ section on our website and select your desired treatment. You will then be able to click through to our bookings page where you will be able to view treatments and available time slots to confirm your reservation.
How do I pay for my appointment?
You will be charged a 50% deposit to secure your booking. You can pay by debit card, credit card, or Paypal. You will be charged the remainder of the fee at the end of your appointment.
How much notice is required if I need to amend or cancel a reservation?
Both So Glo and you have the right to amend an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before the intended time and date of the appointment, you will have to pay a new deposit. If we cancel a session then your 50% deposit for that session will be returned. You can request an amended appointment time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, but this will be subject to availability of course. A deposit is however non refundable if a cancellation is required.
*please note this does not apply for the festive period. Any cancellations will not be refunded and rescheduling will be highly unlikely.
Is there a waiting list for reservations?
At busy times of the year there may be a waiting list. If your desired reservation time is unavailable we would be happy to place you on a waiting list and notify you should someone else cancel their reservation. In this instance, please contact us directly and we will be in touch if an appointment becomes available.
How early should I arrive for my treatment?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment or 10 minutes if this is your first visit in order to fill out our registration form. If you arrive late, the time of the appointment may be shortened out of consideration to the next customer. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be cancelled and you will loose your deposit and may be charged for your appointment in full.
